Why do I need to change to zipForm® Software?
Answer: zipLogix has acquired the Realfast software. zipLogix will be retiring the Realfast software and is offering the zipForm® software to all existing Realfast subscribers for their use at no cost for the length of their existing Realfast subscription. zipForm® 6 works on a Mac and PC. In addition, zipForm® supports IE, Firefox and
Safari browsers.
What zipLogix software am I getting to replace Realfast software?
Answer: zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop), zipForm® 6 Professional (online), zipVault (document storage) and a zipLogix Training CD. Each registered Realfast user will have the ability to use zipForm® 6 Standard and Professional at no cost through the end of their current Realfast software license term. As an example, if a user's Realfast license expires on November 30, 2011, zipLogix will give the user zipForm® until November 30, 2011, at no cost. This is a retail value of over $200.00 based upon a one year subscription. In some areas, zipForm® will be offered as your new member benefit from your Association. How will I receive my zipForm® software?
Answer: zipLogix will notify you via email, letter and/or phone. Information to sign up for the zipForm® software will also be posted on www.realfast.com and www.ziplogix.com/realfast. You will receive information on how to get access to the zipForm® software from the various communications. In some instances, zipForm® will be offered as your new member benefit from your Association. Please visit your Association website for more information.
How long will you support my Realfast software?
Answer: zipLogix will support the Realfast software for the length of your current Realfast subscription license term, or shorter, depending on how Realfast was provided to you (for example if Realfast was provided to you by your Association as a member benefit). We encourage you to use zipForm® for all new transactions and to migrate your existing Realfast transaction to zipVault. Can I renew my Realfast software?
Answer: No. We are providing each Realfast user with zipForm® 6 Standard, zipForm® 6 Professional and zipVault as replacement products to Realfast software. At the time of your Realfast renewal you will be able to renew your zipForm® software at the current zipLogix renewal price (or zipForm® may be provided to you as a member benefit by your Association). How long is the transition period to move my transactions from Realfast to zipForm®?
Answer: Your transactions will remain for the duration of your Realfast subscription. However, once your Realfast subscription ends you will lose access and will need to renew with the zipForm® products. zipLogix recommends that you move your existing Realfast transactions into zipVault as soon as possible to prevent lost files. zipVault offer a variety of features such as faxing and emailing of documents. We also suggest creating any new transactions with zipForm® to begin taking advantage of the zipLogix suite of products now and in the future. What will happen to my existing transactions? How do I move them over to zipForm®?
Answer: Existing Realfast PDF documents can be moved from Realfast to zipVault for storage. New transactions must be created using zipForm®. Please visit http://support.zipform.com/realfast/migration.asp for more information on the
step by step instructions.
Will I have access to my Realfast software if I need it once I start using zipForm®?
Answer: Yes, you will have access for the duration of your existing Realfast subscription. Your subscription period may terminate early if Realfast was provided to you by a third party, such as your Association. We encourage you move your Realfast transactions to zipVault immediately and use the zipForm® software for all of your new transactions.
How do I renew my zipForm® software and what is the fee?
Answer: The zipForm® renewal process is automated. You will receive a 30 day advance notification that the software will expire. You are able to renew your zipForm® software and any additional zipLogix product from within the product. Pricing may be dependent upon the arrangements zipLogix has in place with your state and/or local Association. In some instances, zipForm® will be your new member benefit and you will be able to access the software through an agreement with your Association.
How do I update my zipForm® software?
Answer: All form and software updates are automatic within zipForm® 6 Professional. For zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop version), software updates are automatic; however an internet connection is required. The zipForm® 6 Standard update is a one-click process. We also send out email notifications to all registered users when updates are available. Additional products are also available at renewal time.
Where are my Realfast transactions stored and for how long?
Answer: Realfast documents will be stored in zipForm® 6 Professional and in zipVault. As long as you have an active zipForm® 6 Professional and zipVault license the transactions are stored for the length of your product subscription. You will receive unlimited space for those transactions at no extra cost provided that you bring your transactions into zipVault.
What other products and services do you offer?
Answer: zipLogix offers: zipForm® Mobile Web Edition, MLS Integration (MLS-Connect), Association Partnerships, Special Agent and Broker Tools and Packages, Custom Forms Design, Single Sign On, relay - Transaction Management, Electronic Signatures (zipLogix Digital Ink) and Web Services for Integrations with other third party applications.

What happens when forms are updated?
Answer: All form and software updates are automatic within zipForm® 6 Professional. With zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop version) form updates are automatic however, an internet connection is required. The update notification is built into the application. We also send email notifications to all registered users when updates are available. Answer: zipLogix products are available in 42 states. We invite you to visit the zipLogix website to review the forms that you may be entitled to purchase. How will I be trained on the zipForm® software?
Answer: zipLogix will provide weekly online training classes to Realfast users. The training schedule is located at http://www.zipform.com/training/. zipLogix also offers pre-recorded training sessions for you to view at your convenience. Special training classes can also be provided for your Association and or office. Please contact zipLogix or your Association for more information.
What training materials are available?
Answer: Every Realfast user will receive a zipForm® Training CD. How-To-Videos are also available within the zipForm® software as well on the support site located at, http://www.zipform.com/training/videos.asp.
