Please Note: This change will only take place on newly created transactions. All existing transactions will have the information that was on it at time of creation.
All of the information that prints on the bottom of the forms can be found in your zipForm® Plus Profile. You may also change your email address, username and reset your password in your profile.
Follow the steps below to learn how to access and modify your zipForm® Plus Profile:
With zipForm® Plus opened, click on ‘Me‘ on the upper right corner.
From the menu click on View Profile.
Make any changes that you need under My Information (First/Last Name, Username, Email, Phone, Extension and Fax) and My Company Information (Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Toll free, and Fax).

When finished, click on the Save button:
